Accordian Not Collapsing top item

I'm trying to collapse all items in an accordion. It seems that the first item is expanded by default but I want everything to be collapsed. Any way to do this?

    Hi,
    please edit accordion settings, and check 'Allow collapse all sections'

    Have You read the 'Active section' parameter's description?
    It says 'Enter section number to be active on load or enter "false" to collapse all sections.'
