  it's not a plugin.
  attached is mobile screenshot.
  see that the banner is streched vertecly.

  It is caused by your child theme styles in line 364:

  .title-bar {
      background-size: 100% 100% !important;
      margin-top: 50px;
  }

  It overwrites cover settings for this element, and this is why it looks strange.
