Sub-Item opening trigger (Menu)

Hi,
If i have sub items in the menu , i can open them when i click the ARROW button near the menu category name.
I need also option to click on category name and open the hidden sub-items.
How can i do it ?

the thing is, we have succeed to do it. but its working only on chrome.
so we have running some test about jquery or javascript with a simple alert code and its not working on ie or firefox

Go edit your menu
http://apollo13.eu/docs/thirteen/#!/adding_menu
and mark option "Make this item normal text(will not be link)" for link you want to open submenu.
