we updated theme to 1.7 version, but now we have a serious problem with plugin Apollo13 Framework Extensions As you can see in attached image, after updating to 1.1.4 version, system disable it. If we try to re-activate it, website crashes.
It shouldn't crash if you activate it again. First error is caused by renamed file. On second activation it should work fine. Can you check again?
If it will not help please send me temporary access to your WordPress so I could check there what is going on. Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please add LINK to topic it applies to.
By sending access to WordPress I mean: -create new ADMIN account with fake e-mail -set some password to this account -send me created login and password

Please refer to this explanation http://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/updating-theme/
There is also manual update option described here http://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/updating-theme/manual-theme-update/
Hope that helps.
With kind regards.
