  1. What version of Apollo13 Framework Extensions do you have installed?
  2. What other plugins do you have active on your website? (You can make me a screenshot of your plugins page).

  i already try Elementor 2.30 & 2.31 the same issue

  Could you try disabling other plugins? I suspect there is some conflict with another plugin.
  
  That sometimes happens. We just need to find out with which plugin, and later find out how to fix it.
