Elementor conflict

Hi,
Our site started behaving strange. Loading then blacking out. Having deactivated all the plugins and reactivated one by one it is Elementor that is causing the problem.
However having built the site with Elementor and OneLander I'm struggling to fix it.

Help please

    Hey :-)

Does it happen on every browser machine that you test, or only on yours?

    With kind regards.

    Hey:-)

    Thanks for the data!

Please start by increasing your PHP version to 7.X. If this will not help, I will look further at what could be wrong.

    With kind regards.
  • That's done and now Elementor won't load as well. Help please!!

I have just been on your website and site loads fine, however, I don't see theme settings, mainly header.

    1. Can I update the theme to the newest version, or you did some changes in it?
    2. Could you explain in more details or by screenshot what you mean by "Loading then blacking out."?

    With kind regards.
  • 1. It seems to be on the latest version.
    2. It's currently behind a maintenance plugin because of the problems and the need to take bookings. http://www.sondertruro.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/screen.mov

The latest version is 2.3.4, you have 1.10 :-) But don't worry about this for now as you have a different issue(below):

OK, I don't see ANY images on your website because of this error: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

It seems your SSL got outdated but still some files are served from https. DO you plan to renew your SSL?

    With kind regards.
  • Ok. We don't as we've stopped using the online payment service. Is there an easy way to reconfigure or do I need to reinsert each one?

You still should be using SSL in today world, as browsers will show your website as insecure.

OK, I have update theme on your website.
I have also updated all https images, except for burger.jpg - you will have to find it in Elementor.

I have disable other plugins for now. Please check your webiste is it better now.

I don't see anything as on your movie happening right now, but please verify this.

In then end non of this was connected to theme, but hope I was helpful.

    With kind regards.

  • Thanks for doing this. However I'm now getting a problem saving changes in Elementor. Any ideas?
