Hi, Is there a conflict with Elementor Pop-ups? Or am I doing something wrong?
I have built a very simple popup. I followed a youtube tutorial and I have set the download button to do nothing except close the pop-up.

I can see there are some JavaScripts errors on this page.
Try two apporaches to find out where is the problem:
1. Disable all plugins, except for thos that are needed for this plugin, and check if it will work.
2. Switch to default WordPress theme and check if it will work.
I don't see anything connected to the theme currently, so lets first rule out your local situation.
