Hello, i got a last question for you if possible, when i am on a product of my shop ( for exemple : https://nathalieleverger.fr/product/brouillard-sur-le-rhone-32x32cm/ ) you get 3 products in the end (PRODUITS APPARENTÉS), how can i choose which products appear? I cannot find it

Related products are products from the same category if I am not mistaken. They can not be selected by default. There are probably some plugins that could change this.
You can, however, select upsells. More details here in WooCommerce docs https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
