  However, all settings for the menu and header are available in the Customizer:

  My current theme is wood, I don't like the effect of the menu, I hope I can use the effect of https://riftheme.com/lander/, slide the mouse down, and the background of the menu appears black.

  In
  Customizing → Header settings →Type, variant, background set your values for colors as you wish header should look at the top.
  Next in Customizing → Header settings → Sticky header - Override normal settings set values for colors of the header when page is scrolled down.
  
  It will then be as you wish :-)
