How can i make my website bilingual.i want my website in English and Marathi (Indian sub language) .i have tried with Google translator plugin but not show proper translation.

please give me help on this.

There is no such tool, that will translate your page flawlessly. Google translator is making pretty good job.
For making translation you have to use tools like WPML http://apollo13.eu/docs/blame/#!/plugins_recommendations_wpml
