Internal Server Error

Good Afternoon,

Everytime I try to import demo content, it stops at "Installing plugins - Apollo13 FatMoon Post Types" and says, "Internal Server Error". Is there another way to import demo content?

    Hello,

    This might be caused by your server settings.
    I'd love to see it live so I could eliminate any possibility of error in our code, so I kindly ask you to provide me login credentials to admin panel (do it only via private message - click on my nick-name and find button 'Message' top-right corner).

    If this is not OK for you - please do as follows:
    1. find file a13_fatmoon_cpt.zip in ..wp-content\themes\fatmoon\advance\plugins
    2 upload it via FTP to folder ..wp-content\plugins
    3 unzip it
    4 run importer once again

    Remember to rate our theme if you like it ;)

    I got it fixed. I didn't have enough space on my hosting server. Thank you.

    hey, here i am...
    i have the same problem but did everything listed at the demo data..
    the message is "Internal Server Error" during importing content...
    i have 800mb space left
    128 max upload
    500000 max execution time
    64 postmax size

    what else can be the problem?

    please send me a private message with login credentials and please point the demo you wanted to import.
    Also please confirm if I can run the importer for the testing purposes.
