I need change the collor of the texts of the wigets, inside the footer. Where I can change it?

    Hello:-)

    There are many different colors there, so there is only one general setting for it:
    Customizing ▸ General settings▸ Footer ▸ Widgets colors
    And it changes many color depending on what background you have there.

    If you need more precise changes, and you don't feel comfortable with CSS, then please send me live link to your site and I will help with creating custom CSS for you.

    I tried, but there's a warning " Does not Work for footer Widgets". Where aI can find the CSS?

    Try reading my previous answer once again, cause you missed whole point, that there is only one setting for it(color of footer widgets).
