Page Titles are only in All Caps

How do I change the page titles so the fonts are not in ALL CAPS. For example, if I click on Blog in menu, when the blog page comes up, the word BLOG is in caps as well as the blog post titles in CAPS. Don't know where I can change this.

Thanks so much. Now is there a way for it not to be too bold? The Blog post title appears double bold. It doesn't seem that way for the page title. I hope I'm making sense.

I'm back with questions! :-) This is super helpful but it only changed the page titles but not the names of the pages in the main menu bar (where it says 'Home, BLog' etc. on the top right). Would you mind giving me the custom CSS for that too? Much appreciated!
