  From documentation

  For image and video you can also select how it should be stretched or aligned and how big it should appear(medium, big or original).

  Check options Image behaviour and Image size.

  Thanks, I will try with different settings, any idea about the feature image appearing in the post?
  Sometimes I would like to add a Feature Image different than image inside the post.
  
  I would like the head as the feature image but not stick there.

  Thanks Air you rock sometimes it's hard to find between all the option, amazing theme, by the way the last time I contacted you, I forgot to give you the name of the plugins to make the contact form work, the plugins were SMTP WP, and Contact Form Manager, in case someone else needs it.
