  Hi,
  there's no such options in our theme at the moment.
  You would have to hire a web developer who could perform this custom work.
  And - of course - You can try to reduce the size of logo image.

  Hello,
  Yet it is possible to put a margin to shift down all the tiles.
  
  Example: Cyberduck (FPT )
  www, wp-content / THEMES / CEEVEE / ...
  
  I can write a line to create à margin and to shift down all the tiles.
  
  But where, ?
  Which folder / files?
  
  
  I do not know what to write to create the margin (margin 30px...?)
  I am novice...

  ok,
  go to CeeVee Options panel, navigate to Custom Styles and paste this definition:

  #mid {
    margin-top: 30px;
  }

  this could work for You, but remember - it's not tested, and I can't guarantee that it will not cause any problems.
