Why on this page is there an arrow on the right to an undefined page that I have not added??

please refer to http://www.apollo13.eu/docs/ceevee/#!/page_design and http://www.apollo13.eu/docs/ceevee/#!/configure_page specifically.
Make sure that 'Enable tile' option is un-checked

No, this was not the problem. I had a blank container for use with VC.
