logo loads slower on blog page

Hi Guys,

Question 1
The logo seems to loads slower on the blog page than on the work or about page. Any solutions?

Question 2
Also... there is a white space in between the logo and the top post. see attach. I don't know how to get rid of it?

    Hi,
    ad.1. - no, I didn't noticed, and there's no reason why it could occur.

    ad.2. go to Customizing >> Custom CSS
    and use this css definition, 
    .posts-list #content{
	padding-top: 0;
}
