Hi,

My website is http://360websiteproject.com/ and i was really doing great with this theme. But now i am getting only a blank screen at the front end. IT WAS OK BEFORE 2 DAYS... I tried to change the theme then it is ok. Please fix this

    For sure you have some PHP error. Please enable debug mode as described here http://www.wprecipes.com/how-to-easily-enabledisable-debug-mode-in-wordpress or here http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG

    Then come back to us:-) and report what you see on frontend.

    I have added the line and still nothing.. Back end is working perfectly

    ok,
    there's nothing obvious why your website is doing this.
    Strange think is that FatMoon seams to be not completely loaded. Few features are missing.

    things that you can try on your own:
    - deactivate all extra plugins that you added to default plugins installed by FatMoon, then check if website is running properly.
    - try to recall what action you performed before website went White_screen
    - please contact the hosting administration and ask the for error log file.

    I have tried to do all the those you listed above. I couldnt fix the problem. Error log is not available in cpanel and also i didnt do any action to get white screen, it is strange that it was ok before 3 days and after that it became stuck at wsod

    Hi,
    WooCommerce is generating a 'WordPress database error Duplicate key'. First occurance was back in 08 December.
    So first question: are you using the WooCommerce? (you have no products)
    If yes - please update the WooCommerce to 3.6.9
    If this will not help - I'll start debugging.

    Hi,
    got it! You're missing functions.php file from the main fatmoon folder.
    Don't know how it's possible, somehow it was deleted back in the day when you first noticed website failure.
    Now it's ok.

    Surgeon, It is again BLANK without doing anything.. backend works well
