How to delete the line under my logo?

  It is underline on link. Please add such custom CSS( http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#custom_css_menu ):

  a.logo.text-logo {
      text-decoration: none;
  }

  It will remove underline on hover.

  Sure. Just add this custom CSS:

  a.logo.text-logo:hover {
      color: #ffffff;
  }

  I am not sure if your logo was white, but change hash color if you need.
