Album full width

in Rife Posts: 33
Hello,

I added an album to one of our pages. How do I get the album to be full width? I can't seem to find it in the album options.

Cheers.

    Hello:-)

    You have to make your page use Full width in Content Layout setting. Slider & scroller is trying to fit to content always.

    With kind regards.

    Hey Air,

    Thanks for the fast reply.

    When I do that, the content above the scroller also becomes full width. How can I avoid this?

    Additionally, when making the page full width, the scroller becomes full screen, even when window_high="0" is set.

    I hope you can help

    Hey :-)
    metex said: Additionally, when making the page full width, the scroller becomes full screen, even when window_high="0" is set.
    It is cause of proportion that you have set(or not set, then it defaults to 16/9). I mean ratio parameter http://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/content-management/shortcodes/scroller/

    As for content width - that is correct behavior. You could make your content with Elementor, then you can make container for text smaller then for scroller.

    We do it like this here for example http://rifetheme.com/fully/

    If you need more explanation how to do it, I will send Daniel here ;-)

    With kind regards.

    Whoops, seems like I spoke too soon!

    It's just a small thing really - but there's a couple of pixels at the top of the page now. I think it has something to do with the revolution slider being the first thing on the page.

    I've attached a picture of it.

    Also, now that I have you here anyway - is there a way to disable the footer on the front page only? I tried using custom CSS like this:

    .post-8754 #footer { display:none }

    But that didn't work. Then again, I'm very new to CSS and web design, so this is probably completely wrong.... ;-)

    Hey :-)

    I don't see this space on your page(I just checked) so you probably solved it?

    About footer, you are almost there. For your homepage use this:
    .page-id-8754 #footer {
        display:none
    }
    With kind regards.

    Hey Air,

    I'm afraid I didn't solve it :-(

    It's on this page: https://metexmedia.com/corporate-channel/

    My guess is that elementor puts a space up there when you start off with a rev slider. I'm not sure how to approach that issue.

    The footer CSS code worked. Thanks for the help on that one!

    Cheers.

    Hello again Erik

    You must add "No gap" setting to the first section, look on the screenshot: http://nimb.ws/asxeAm

    It should solve this problem.
