wpml change theme appareance

I installed the dark shield version of the theme, it was working fine until I Install wpml who is advise to whork with the theme, I have a gap of 50 px at the bottom of the page. Can you help me to fox it please.

I expect that WPML adds some hidden element in your case, or in a particular configuration.
