  Use plugin like this http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pc-custom-css/ activate it, and next go to Appearance->Custom CSS. There you can insert your custom CSS

  Hi there, some more questions...
  
  #1 How can I 'unbold' the menu bar and the headings?
  #2 And is there a way to increase the text size for the normal content?
