I'm really loving the Hypershot theme so far BUT, it is loading albums and images SO SLOW. I've tried it on different computers and it's the same. I know it's not my internet because I have 50Mbps down (and 11Mbps up). I am also recording visitors to my site with LuckyOrange and I can see that they are experiencing the same issues. Is there any suggestions on speeding up the loading time? I think people will bounce when they realize it's taking forever for the page to load.

    Hello

    I don't know if you checked what size of images you have uploaded but there are lot of images(20) that are more then 1MB. You have even two images that are 4.8MB, so please...
    Your front page is more then 60MB

    Clean up this or you will kill any computer:-)

    You can try to help your self by using http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/plugins_recomendations_rebuliding_thumbnails

    Check also documentation in part about creating Albums.

    Ok I understand. Alternatively, is there a way to disable the animation when the images are loading into the page on infinite scroll. I feel like that could help the page loading times. Thanks in advance for the info.

    Loading animations is only for visual effect, it has nothing to do with loading time of images. Keep your images in good files size and it will be OK.
