  Go to CeeVee Options >> Custom Style and paste this definition

  .tile_icon {
    display: none;
  }

  Hi,
  We want to add language options on the top right side
  (We pointed it's positions on the jpeg)
  So social media icons no longer will be available.

  CeeVee is prepared to work with WPML plugin, and we designed it to have language selector in footer.
  This what You request is a custom work, and it's not a task for support team.
