Trying to add a YouTube video to a page without displaying other related videos nor YouTube controls.
Using the 'Video Player' widget:
The following two formats do not work at all. (I entered spaces into the beginning of the URL as otherwise the links render here.)
http : // www .youtube. com/ watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxx?rel=0&controls=0&showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen"
and
https: // www. youtube.com/embed/xxxxx?rel=0&controls=0&showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen"
The following format works but includes the related videos and YouTube control.
https : // youtu.be/xxx?rel=0&controls=0&showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen"
As expected pasting the entire iframe string from YouTube into the widget also does not work
Notes:
This is not for background video nor for the slider. Just plaine olde embedded video.
I am using the Visual Composer backend editor.
(I understand there is a bug with autoplay on iOS and referenced this doc
http://apollo13.eu/docs/blame/#!/image_sizes_video_support_and_others).
Comments
I believe visual composer don't have such option unfortunately, and changing this would require editing code of plugin.
Have you tried this solution http://www.jezweb.info/embed-youtube-remove-related-videos/ ?
With kind regards.
I believe this plugin should help you https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/hide-youtube-related-videos
With kind regards.
