  Hello.
  
  It is not possible right now, cause we have use .text() method of jQuery instead of .html(). I will later post here tweaked script, but please tell me do you use compressed version of scripts or normal? I mean this setting http://apollo13.eu/docs/spaceship/#!/advance_menu_use_compressed_js_amp_css

  I haven't changed any setting - so would be using the default option which is compressed CSS I believe.

  Add this file in spaceship/js/
  
  Now you can add <br /> and <p> tags to format code in description.
  
  Let me know if everything works ok:-)
