skyfashion theme install error

Hi, I see other people having this problem but had to email, not sure which logins you need.
godaddy host, used filezilla to ftp skyfashion dir, but when I go to Appearance and do theme live preview, I get "Fatal error: Call to undefined function phprequire_once() " I deleted and re-transferred via ftp, didn't help. I tried uploading zip file instead but just stalled, never finished uploading. do you just need ftp acct info and site? Do I email you through this forum inbox in conversations? Thx! Vicki

    at first please send me your username and password to wp-admin panel.
    It should be enough.

    Hi ITKweb, sorry, it just started working the next day, I have no idea why.

    No problem VickiP. The theme works fine at its current location, but I can't move the site to another host until I get this sorted.

    Problem resolved.

    When you are uploading files via FTP you have to choose binary mode for transfer.
