Changing colors of Page title

I'm sure it's user error but I can't for the life of me figure out where to change the text color of a Page title (i.e. About, Contact upper left above content etc) Right now it's White and looks weird on most pages.

I checked the link but I don't see where to add the script specifically for it to work. I tried guessing but it didn't work.
