Change Red Color on Title text when hoover

Hi, I'm trying to change the red color when hoover post title entrances and also in the side bar text. I change my style.css and uploaded via FTP but nothing changed. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance

You must disable compressed css style http://apollo13.eu/docs/beach/#!/advance_menu_use_compressed_js_amp_css in the "BP Apollo13 Theme>Advance>Optimization Settings"

You can also leave compressed style as it was and insert your custom styles in:
1. Custom CSS field http://apollo13.eu/docs/beach/#!/appearance_menu_custom_css
2. Child theme http://apollo13.eu/docs/beach/#!/modification_of_theme
