Can I place images into the Beach Please Theme galleries by using the Media Library?
When I click “Select Files” in the theme's Multi Upload Area I'm only getting the option to upload images straight from my hard drive which seems to result in lots of untagged duplicates accumulating in the Media Library.
I'd really like to load images from the hard drive straight into the Media Library, put “Alt Tags” on all the images, and then load them from there into the theme galleries if it's possible?

Yes this exactly how it is working. We have desire to make it even more easy by using new WP 3.5 media manager, but it is not easy task.
