How can I do a drop down menu in the Albums list section just like in the live demo you guys did?

No. In your live demo when you hover over Albums there is drop down menu that takes you to individual albums. I am trying to imitate that. Cheers

Drag & drop in menu your menu positions to create hierarchy. Check out some instructions about building menu in Wordpress.
