Menu Blog Posts

I'm trying to add a menu at the top of the site that will redirect to all of my blog posts. I am very new to WordPress and I would appreciate some help with my issue.
I added a menu section (category) called Blog. My posts do post to the page. But when I click blog on the menu the page says: "Category Archives: Blog" and then below that all of my posts are there.
How do you create a menu link for a page will that will only display blog posts?
I would like for my blogs post to post like this website: http://www.artcreative.es/blog/
