Page rev slider help

Hello,

I'm new at "Beach Please" and I have a beotian question. How to have the rev slider on top of a page like this one :
http://themes.apollo13.eu/bp/revolution/

I'm not able to do the same : I've chosen"Page with slider" for the page template and then what should I do?

    Am I allowed to help here? :-)

    I've got the slider on my home page.
    Just create the slider, give it a name and then on the slider page you will have a short code like this:

    Slider Short Code: [rev_slider slidername]

    Then you paste this shortcode on your static page.

    That's it.

    Try it. ;-)

    If it helps - I've got my home page with the slider but I have it set up as a Default Template, not Page with Slider!

    Thank you ! Another thing with rev slider :

    For my single posts, I've disabled the feature image and I want a slider (royal slider, but this is the same with revolution) to take the place of the featured image. It works pretty well on small screens (15 / 17 inches) but not so well on big screens (24 and 27 inches) because the content of the page is displayed on 2 columns. For instance :

    So is it possible to have the slider at the top of the post displyaed full width? Or at least to get rid of the two columns for post content on big screens?
