Static Front page issue

In the main settings i selected page and then in Settings->Reading->Front page displays i selected A static page, that i wish to use.

I created a new page template in which i removed the header and footer, when i access this page directly its working fine : http://gemartsemp.com/?page_id=911

But as soon as i make this particular page as the home page then the page is loaded with the default header and footer, but i removed the header and footer of that page.

I want to make this : (http://gemartsemp.com/?page_id=911) as my home page and when the user selects any language then i want to land them to the respective pages/albums.
