Change the portofolio categories menu order

I am really satisfied with your theme, but I would like to know how can I change the order of the categories I create inside "my portofolio" fir example, I create a new category and I want to be shown in the middle how can I achieve this?

To achieve this you will have to search for some plugin for sorting/reorder taxonomies. Sorry, but I don't have any tested plugin for that.
