jerky scrolling on chrome

edited June 2013 in Beach Please Posts: 139
Hello,

pages with rev slider are jerky when scrolling, for instance my home page :

http://www.photographe-gap.org/

But text pages or blog post scroll smooth (and everything is smooth with IE or FF) :

Is it a problem that can be solved?

Thank you

Bigger slider, bigger need for computing power. You can experiment with pictures(sizes, quality) cause they can be too big for browser to render them fast enough.

    Hope that will help.

On my firefox it is lagging also, and Chrome is faster in such things.

For me it is only with chrome, not with FF or IE, even at home with a slow internet connection!

We are talking about computer power, not connection speed :-)

On my chrome it runs better then on FF:-)

    With regards.

I'm having the same issues with my site viintage.com running Hypershot. In Chome it is SUPER jerky and takes forever to load. In Safari it works like a dream. I don't have FF so, I cant speak for that but it seems like something is awry with Chrome and the Hypershot theme.

Maybe again it is your images that are way too big? I would start there:-)

    With regards.
