Thumbnails not showing up on 'Works' page

Hello,

For one of my work/portfolio items, the image is not showing up no matter what I do. I have tried a number of resolutions and dimensions but nothing works (it is only happening to this one portfolio item but it's identical to others)

I've seen this is a known issue on here but I can't see the answer.

The portfolio items is showing on the homepage, but not on the main 'Works' page - it seems to be missing the latest version (as I have just added a new one and now the one that was not showing, is now showing - yet the one I just created is now not there)

Please open single work and check if you have choosen image with full resolution or cropped version.

I have used the full image but it is still not showing up. It seems to be omitting the most recently published 'Works' - I have seen on this thread that this has happened to other users. Do you know if there is a solution?

I tried this, but it just made my portfolio page go blank (with no Wordpress bar)

But I think the issue is something to do with the coding - as it seems to omit the latest Works post
