Wrong displaying youtube movies with short code used in large screens

In large screens with hight resolution above 1600px when 2 columns was shown, attached second image with shortcode put movie bellow and away.
When screen resolution is smaller and we have only one column, everything is ok, movie is in good place.
In this case I used [embed]http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=LD-j099T-QY[/embed]
short code to attach a second movie.

I was on your site and for me it looks ok on large screen. Please attach screen and mark what in your opinion is not right, or just deactivate two columns like explained here http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/comment/4389#Comment_4389
