Change color in hover...important pls help!!

pls help me on this...when someone goes the mouse over the menus i want in hover, the subtitle of the menu, to change color on hover.

For example...Works , beneath it says...BEST OF THE BEST...it's orange...i want in the hover of the menu to change except the WORKS to white the BEST OF THE BEST to another color ...

Pls how i can do this.??? It's important for the customer...
