Portfolio not displaying thumbnails, showing title text & "View video" for images

I'm trying to create a portfolio page (I'll send you the link and pw in a message, Argone I assume?) but the images are not working. The thumbnail shows for one of the images, but not the other. Hovering over either of the images shows a "View video" message. And the image title text is displayed directly below where the image ought to be.

How can I fix these problems?
