icon sizing (in Photoshop) for Galleries

Hi - second purchase of yr themes (Hypershot for my art portfolio) and love them!
For my design portfolio, I'm using your PSD template and have created icons (415x257px) for a Gallery. However these get cropped when put into a Gallery with Brick setting. Have played around with Brick width setting and left height to 0. Is there a different icon size I should be using? Don't understand the cropping. Have a lot of icons to make!

If you are changing sizes of thumbnails there is possibility that you will have to use this plugin http://apollo13.eu/docs/beach/#!/plugins_recomendations_rebuliding_thumbnails

Thanks, since I posted I resized images and got them to work.

NOW I'm struggling with a Works [list]page. I don't see how to add text under a slider like your demo. When I do it, the text is on the left and the slider is not centered.

Wish I could find more in the documentation....help! thanks!
