You just have to install plugin, everything else is setup in theme. Just install, configure as shown on screen shot and you are done:-)

All settings of this plugin you have in Settings->I Recommend This.
I don't know any more places to edit these strings. You can ask about it in this plugins forum if you need such settings and they are not there
