Social and Share icons on Album Images

Hello,

Ik the Demo, I see that there are social and share icons on the top right go the images in the album section.
How can this be done? Do I need a specific plugin?

How can I see the description Under the title of the album when I hover over it?

Sorry for bothering, I cannot see this in the documentation.. ;-)

On what page you would like to see it? Albums list or in single album. Link to your site or page on our demo would be helpful.

What I mean is the title when you hover over an album like for example here:

You don't have to do anything special to see album title on albums list. Just add your albums list masonry style:-)
