no consideration for changement

Hi

i made some changes on my website.
i can see them on safari when i'm logged
and impossible to see them on other navogators when i'm not logged.

For exemple, i added some text to an image. on the navigator where i'm logged, no pb, i can see the change.
But on other navigator, nothing change.

i cleaned the cache and i still have the pb.
why i don't see the change when i'm not logged? how to solve this pb

just found solution :
i disabled “Compressed CSS” and "js"

now i don't have this pb anymore

This sounds like some cache plugin for wordpress.
