Theme forest update

HI, while trying to upload the zip file with the update and pressing "install" - I got the question "are you sure you want to do it?" and "please try again one more time". After pressing "please try again" I'm getting to the upload field and this is going in in the same way and I can't update the theme

    I'm using wp 3.6 and with a easy-install plug-in

    Hello:-)

    It looks like some authorization issue. You could try to relogin and then repeat. Also it could be some plugin messing with it. Anyway if you have problems, then just remove theme via FTP and install it again. You wont lose settings as they are stored in database.

    reloading didn't help. I'm not using ftp. How can I remove and install theme without it?

    Go to Appearance->Themes-> Activate some other theme, and remove Hypershot:-)
    You should be fine then:-)

    what does it mean remove? Delete the theme?
