Only blog theme without all the fancy staff

Hi,
I just purchased skyfashion theme and I love the look of the blog section on your preview and I need it only for a blog,
how can I make it to be only a blog and that a blog is default page? I don't need portfolio and everything for now.

Open Settings>Reading in your wordpress and set portfolio page as your start page.

I did it but that didn't solve my problem, maybe I didn't explain it to you correctly,
I want this page: http://blog.luminaimg.com/?page_id=17 to be first and only page on a blog, and I don't want to see things that I'm seeing now on blog.luminaimg.com
and preferably I want that "blog" page on blog.luminaimg.com
