Centrally align menu items to logo

Finally getting there. Thanks for all your help so far. Loving the theme and it's many many features. Very customisable.
However I can't work out how to get my menu names to line up centrally with my logo in the header (see picture). Do I have to do this in code?

Use plugin like this http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pc-custom-css/ activate it, and next go to Appearance->Custom CSS. There you can insert your custom CSS. If it won't work be sure to set Permalinks like explained here http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/comment/3831#Comment_3831
