widget sidebar not showing in articles

hi,
the widget sidebar is not showing in my articles, widget area is set to ON in all my articles and I have dragged some widgets into the "pages sidebar" dropdown...
Any help?

Pages are not posts. For posts you have to use blog sidebar.
