Missing /div at Footer

Have you ever wondered why Footer Menu differs on front page vs others?
Missing /div before get footer php command

Yes
Since I worked a little to change the look of header/footer to be not centered I needed to fix some issues. I'll show on wordpress template because I could make sth wrong on my own.
Look at bottom menu on front site http://themes.apollo13.eu/skyfashion2/
than any other site:
http://themes.apollo13.eu/skyfashion2/?page_id=10
width of menu and items padding differs.
I fixed it on my page by puttign /DIV before GETFOOTER command.
