Captions and Thumbnails
Hi Apollo,
Purchased your theme after a fair amount of research and I'm impressed, this really is the complete package for photographers. I need the captions text box to always appear first and also have the horizontal bar of thumbnails at the bottoms always visible. I have repositioned these elements so the thumbnails no longer overlap the captions making this modification necessary. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You can set visibility of thumbnails for every album in its options
http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/adding_album_add_new_album by option Show thumbnails/text/none on page load. However this won't protect them from hidding by user, so your change is fine:-)
